Impact of Environmental Regulation on Efficiency of Green Innovation in China

The implementation of a reasonable and effective environmental regulation policy can compensate for the dual externalities green technology innovation improve efficiency. Therefore, has gradually become an means solving ecological environment problems achieving industrial transformation. This paper measures efficiency 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2019 using SBM (slacks-based measure) super-efficiency based on undesirable output. dynamic panel regression model is established explore impact different regulations regional differences. results reveal that shows fluctuating upward trend, but differences among are relatively significant.
